Today, September 11, 2010, the challenge of “FTC” (FIRST Tech Challenge) category has been revealed all around the world; this is not just the beginning of a new fight to conquer one of those coveted prizes which are given by this organization at a regional and championship level; this is the beginning of the unification between the old and new members of the team as a family, which is a very important key for the development of it. With this mix we will combine the experience of working and the innovating ideas that every new members wants to contribute with.
Therefore, we are not talking about a competition at all, what we are talking about is the way that we will be able to rich only with the unification of one team and its consolidation. Having as a goal the same objective, every member of the team will make his effort to achieve the planned objective.
I hope to all of the members of our team, collaborators, and to the other teams, that we can set up this so important union, and with this, reach, with hope and enthusiasm, the happiness of having succeed.
Hoy 11 de Septiembre de 2010, acaba de ser transmitido a nivel internacional el reto de la categoría de “FTC” (FIRST Tech Challenge); y esto no es solo el comienzo de una nueva lucha por conquistar uno de esos codiciados premios que esta organización otorga a nivel regional y de campeonato; esto es el comienzo de una unificación como familia entre los viejos y los nuevos integrantes del equipo, lo cual es una pieza clave para el desarrollo del mismo. Mediante esta mezcla se van a unir la experiencia de trabajo con las nuevas ideas innovadoras que cada uno de los nuevos miembros quiere aportar.
Por lo tanto, no se trata de una competencia como tal sino de un camino que solo se puede alcanzar mediante la sola unificación de un equipo y su consolidación. Teniendo como meta el mismo objetivo y, cada quien como pueda aportarlo, todos entregándose a sí mismos en esta carrera para lograr el objetivo planteado.
Así que sin más esperar; les deseo a todos nuestros miembros, colaboradores y a los demás equipos, puedan formar esta unión tan importante, y poder alcanzar la felicidad de haber triunfado; con la esperanza y el entusiasmo puestos en alto.
